Denys chooses to implement Organice   21/04/2009
Cadac Organice has received an order from Denys (Belgium) for the implementation of Organice

Cadac Organice, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and developer of Organice, a SharePoint based engineering document management solution, has received an order from Denys (Belgium) for the implementation of Organice. With Organice Denys wants to improve the manageability of her documents.

Denys is a leading multi-specialist construction group from Belgium. After a sound selection process for the selection of a document management system, Denys has chosen Organice. Organice Explorer will among others be used to manage and archive project drawings, documents and e-mail correspondence. Peter Simons, Manager QSHE-department: “With Organice we want to improve the manageability of all of our documents. It is very important that we are able to provide our users at construction sites a user friendly and digital environment that they can easily access. When documents and e-mails are uniformly stored, it is easier to retrieve them. Furthermore we expect that Organice will help us to reduce the amount of paper.”

Cadac Organice BNL BV, distributor of Organice in Belgium and the Netherlands, is responsible for the implementation of Organice. In addition to providing the necessary Organice licenses, Cadac Organice BNL also supports Denys with the installation and implementation of the software (the Microsoft SharePoint project environment and the Organice Product Suite) and with the configuration of the project environment.
