Cadac Group and Xcellent Group have agreed to include ManageMind® OCR technology in Organice Scan. With Organice Scan users can scan incoming correspondence and other hardcopy documents and make them centrally and digitally available to others. The ManageMind® OCR technology can be used to recognize the content of scanned documents, so that users can efficiently use and process this information.
Project driven industries are still dealing with large amounts of incoming correspondence and other hardcopy documents that are an important part of their project documentation. To manage and share these documents efficiently, many companies invest in a document management solution. Organice is an engineering document management solution developed by the Cadac Group and is fully based on Microsoft SharePoint.
