Bio Methanol Chemie Nederland is a consortium responsible for the production and delivery of environmental friendly bio-methanol that among others is used in green fuel. Stork IS maintains the plants and installations of Bio MCN. During maintenance projects, many documents are created and exchanged, and it is very important that these documents are properly managed and that all project members receive the right and up-to-date documents.

To manage their project documentation, Stork IS selected Microsoft SharePoint, so project information is easily accessible for all project members. In combination with Organice Explorer, Stork is able to manage their engineering documents properly in SharePoint. In addition Organice Transmit will be used to distribute documents to all project members. When a project is finished, Organice Publish is used to publish the as-build documents, converted into an independent file format, to Bio MCN. As a result, Bio MCN has always an up-to-date overview of the as-build situation.
