The mission of Van Ieperen is to deliver tailored renovation. This mission is a result of thoroughly evaluation of dozens of renovation projects and Van Ieperen’s experience with housing corporations. Tailored renovation prevents that every renovation project has to start all over again, knowing that many processes are standardized and can be reused in other projects. Next to executing projects, Van Ieperen Group also works as an advisor, supervisor and co-ordinator for renovation projects.

Customer focus, expertise and process management are core values of Van Ieperen.

After an extensive selection process, Van Ieperen has chosen the Organice product Suite to support their business processes. Organice will be implemented in a phased approach, and the first phase will focus on managing project documentation in a structured way, central registration of documents and the implementation of adequate authorization rights.
