The board of directors of Cadac Group Holding BV (Cadac Organice BV, developer and distributor of Organice, is one of the subsidiaries of Cadac Group Holding BV) reports that the revenue over 2008 has increased by 6% to approximately 26M Euro. The EBITDA has increased slightly to a level of 2M Euro. The directors and shareholders of Cadac Group Holding BV have decided to add the complete result of 2008 to the total equity by which Cadac Group Holding BV realized a solvency of approximately 37.5%. Based on the results in January and February 2009, the current order portfolio and sales forecast, the board of directors expects to achieve a positive result in 2009.
