Organice supports the following Autodesk Revit versions:

• Autodesk Revit 2008;
• Autodesk Revit 2009.

Organice integrates Microsoft SharePoint with Autodesk Revit 2008, providing an integrated solution for engineering document management and Building Information Modeling in SharePoint.

The integration between Revit and SharePoint is made very user friendly due to the Organice toolbar that is installed in the Revit application. Through the toolbar, RVT and RFA files that are stored in SharePoint can easily be retrieved and directly be opened in Revit. The toolbar can also be used to save and store new or revised Revit RVT and RFA files directly into the SharePoint document environment.

Organice also supports the ‘load family’ function in Revit. When this function is used, all the components that belong to a family and that are stored in SharePoint are loaded into Revit.
