Managing CAD files with SharePoint
Organice Explorer integrates SharePoint out-of-the-box with various leading CAD applications including:

The Organice Explorer allows you to open CAD files directly from SharePoint, including DWG, DGN, RVT and RFA files. When saving the updated CAD drawings back to SharePoint, Organice will prompt for the properties (metadata) to be specified.
Managing XREFs, Blocks and Images with SharePoint
Organice Explorer’s unique integration with CAD applications provides full support for reference files (e.g. XREF), blocks and images (e.g. Xattach, Xoverlay, Ximage) inserted directly from your SharePoint repository into your CAD drawing. A clear Organice toolbar within your CAD application makes document management very intuitive for your engineers.
Title-block linking
Organice lets you map SharePoint metadata to CAD attributes, according to your company standards, and via an intuitive dialogue. When saving a drawing to SharePoint with Organice Explorer, Organice automatically synchronizes SharePoint metadata with the title-block information.
Local workspace
The Organice local workspace concept allows excellent performance when working on drawings, and also enables working off-line.
