If you are managing facilities like shops, hospitals, schools, offices, etc. it is important for you to have a clear overview of all documentation and the as-built status of your facilities. When you have to extend, rebuild or renovate your facility, you need to make sure you can provide your architect, engineer and contractor the right and up-to-date information for this project. In case of maintenance projects, Organice keeps track of changes and new document versions, providing a clear overview of the as-built situation as well as the document history.

With Organice Transmit you are able to effectively distribute the necessary documents to your project partners, keeping track of what was sent to whom, when and why. For instance in case of more complex rebuilding or renovation projects in which you collaborate with multiple partners. You can also use Organice Transmit to quickly send the needed documents to emergency services in case of calamities.

Where your project partners or emergency services are able to work with a digital project web, you can use Organice Publish to publish your documents to a shared internal or external project web. For your project partners you can publish the documents in their native file format, so they are able to work on them. For authorities you can convert these documents to an independent file format (e.g. PDF), so they can easily be used.
