In case of a maintenance project, you simply provide your project partners the as-built documentation, allowing them to make the necessary changes and returning you the updated documentation of the new as-built situation.

When documents are updated you can save them as a new version and keep the document history if you like. If your project partners are able to work with a digital project web, you can use Organice Publish to publish the necessary documents to a shared internal or external project web. If needed, Organice Publish can convert these documents to an independent file format (e.g. PDF, DWF), so they can easily be used by your project partners.
