To be able to control the document distribution and tracking in your project, you first need to manage your own project documents well. This includes all designs, plans, specifications, e-mail, reports, correspondence, contracts, agreements, etc. Organice Explorer helps architects to manage all project documents in SharePoint, whether BIM models, (derived) CAD drawings, text documents, scanned documents with Organice Scan, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail, pictures, etc. All documents are properly stored in project sites and can easily be shared and retrieved by all employees in your practice. |
Organice Transmit helps architects to distribute documents to all project partners in a controlled way, keeping track of what was sent to whom, when and why. When documents are updated, Organice Transmit knows exactly to which recipients the updated documents need to be retransmitted. And when recipients are too late in their response, Organice Transmit shows exactly which tasks are overdue.
When your project partners are able to work with a project web, you can use Organice Publish to publish your documents to a shared project web. If needed, Organice Publish can also convert these documents to an independent file format (e.g. PDF, DWF), so they can easily be used by others and you can protect your intellectual property.
