Since your products are often highly customized, it is important that the communication with your partners is very detailed and accurate to ensure that all parts, subparts and assemblies fit together.

In your collaboration, you intensively communicate with your partners about the product specifications and intensively share and exchange design information. It is important that everyone has a good overview on the product specifications and design details, and that everyone is immediately updated whenever specifications or design details change. In addition you have to provide your client not only the product but also all relevant documentation, especially when the product is expected to have a long lifecycle and future maintenance is required.

Organice is fully based on Microsoft SharePoint and provides you the right collaboration environment to collaborate efficiently with your project partners. With Organice Explorer you can manage all your design information and product specifications, including CAD drawings, text documents, scanned documents with Organice Scan, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail, pictures, etc. All documents are centrally and digitally available and can easily be shared and exchanged with your external project partners.

In your communication with your partners, Organice Transmit helps you to effectively distribute the necessary documents, keeping track of what was sent to whom, when and why. When documents are updated, Organice Transmit indicates exactly who needs to receive the updated documents, ensuring that everyone is working with the right and up-to-date information.

If your project partners are able to work with a digital project web, you can use Organice Publish to publish the necessary documents to a shared internal or external SharePoint site. If needed, Organice Publish can convert these documents to an independent file format (e.g. PDF, DWF), so they can easily be used by your project partners.
