To control the document distribution to your project members, Organice Transmit helps you to distribute your documents and helps you to keep track of what was sent to whom, when and why. When documents are updated, Organice Transmit indicates exactly who needs to receive the updated documents, ensuring that everyone is working with the right and up-to-date information.

If your external project partners are able to work with a digital project web, you can use Organice Publish to publish the necessary documents to a shared internal or external SharePoint site and make them digitally available and accessible 24/7. If needed, Organice Publish can convert these documents to an independent file format (e.g. PDF, DWF), so they can easily be opened and viewed by others.
