Document issuing and transmittals in SharePoint

Are you looking for a solution to issue documents and create and send transmittals from SharePoint?

Organice Transmit
Organice Transmit is capable of issuing documents that are kept in SharePoint to multiple recipients at once and generating the transmittals that are sent to these recipients. Furthermore it offers management information to document controllers who need to keep track of transmittals.

Document issuing
With Organice Transmit you can specify exactly which documents need to be issued to which recipients; In SharePoint a document distribution matrix is created from the documents and recipients are available in SharePoint. When documents are updated, Organice Transmit indicates which updated documents need to be issued to which recipients to make sure they are up-to-date.

Transmittals
For each recipient a transmittal letter is automatically generated in the recipient's own language, listing the documents and the number of copies. This letter can easily be customized to fit corporate identity standards. Transmittals are archived in SharePoint, so document controllers can always retrieve information about who received what and when, assuring them that they comply with any (legal) rules and regulations regarding document issuing.
